Trump Draws Laughter from European Leaders with Geographic Blunders 🌍🤣

They say everyone slips up with geography sometimes — but when you’re the President of the United States, every mistake becomes a headline.

Recently, Donald Trump gave European leaders plenty to laugh about after a series of baffling geographical mix-ups.

“Many People Come from the Congo” 🌍

Trump once admitted he didn’t know where the Congo was, remarking:

“Many people come from the Congo. I don’t know what that is.”

It was one of several moments that made even his supporters raise eyebrows.

He also mixed up Hungary and Turkey — calling Viktor Orbán “the leader of Turkey” — and claimed Hungary was “right next to Russia.”

Then, during a meeting that actually took place in Alaska, Trump reportedly said, “We’re going to Russia.”

The Albania–Azerbaijan Mix-Up 🇦🇱🇦🇿

On Fox News, Trump boasted,

“I solved wars that were unsolvable — Azerbaijan and Albania.”

The problem? Those two countries have never been in conflict — and they’re on completely different sides of Europe and Asia.

At a summit in Copenhagen, Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama jokingly told French President Emmanuel Macron and Azerbaijan’s Ilham Aliyev:

“You should thank President Trump — he made peace between Albania and Azerbaijan.”

Macron, playing along, laughed and replied:

“I’m sorry for that.”

The room erupted in laughter.

“Aber-baijan” and More

During a later press event, Trump mispronounced Azerbaijan as “Aber-baijan” and again confused it with Albania, proudly insisting he had “settled” their imaginary conflict.

Despite the blunders, Trump did help mediate peace talks between Azerbaijan and Armenia, though he later blended details, claiming everyone hugged at the end in the Oval Office.

The Takeaway

While Trump’s confidence is never in doubt, his map skills remain… debatable.
European leaders laughed, social media went wild, and Trump — unfazed — called it another “great success.”

Because in his world, every mix-up still ends with a victory speech.
