Sarah had lived peacefully in her apartment for eleven years until her upstairs neighbor, Brad, began throwing used tea bags onto her balcony. At first, she thought it was accidental, but the tea bags eventually stained her towel and chair cushion.

Sarah asked Brad three times to stop, but he laughed and told her, “Be glad it’s only tea.” Instead of arguing, Sarah began documenting every incident with photos, videos, dates, and the discarded tea bags.

She then contacted the building manager, Mark, who witnessed Brad throwing another tea bag. When Brad saw Sarah’s evidence, he finally realized he could no longer dismiss the problem. Mark gave him an official warning.
