Texas A&M cheerleader Brianna Aguilera, 19, died by suicide after falling 17 stories from an Austin apartment building, according to police. Investigators said she had written and deleted a suicide note days earlier and had made previous suicidal comments. Surveillance footage showed her at a party shortly before her death and arguing with her boyfriend on a borrowed phone minutes before the 911 call.<\/p>\n
Her mother, Stephanie Rodriguez, strongly disputes the police findings and has hired attorney Tony Buzbee to investigate further. Police say they are not treating the case as a homicide.<\/p>\n
