According to the complaint, Brett, Jessica and their sons, Hunter and Miller, were all affected by the carbon monoxide exposure per\u00a0People.<\/em><\/p>\n Brett allegedly woke up \u201cviolently ill\u201d on the night of March 20, 2025, feeling like he was \u201cfighting for his life.\u201d The filing claims he vomited multiple times and struggled to move his arms and legs.<\/p>\n Jessica reportedly woke up on the bathroom floor with no memory of how she got there. The documents say she hit her head, suffered a cut on her forehead, and experienced confusion and hallucinations.<\/p>\n Hunter, 17, also became sick and had similar symptoms, including a feeling of paralysis. According to the complaint, he managed to crawl to the terrace door and open it, allowing fresh air in.
