The Wesenberg family’s world shattered when their young son, Ted, tragically drowned in their swimming pool. His parents, Paul and Linda, were consumed by grief, and their marriage began to crumble. Every night, their arguments echoed through the house, leaving their surviving son, Clark, feeling abandoned and unloved. When the couple arrived at Bowen’s cabin, they overheard their son speaking to the kind man, and were moved to tears. They finally embraced Clark, apologizing for their neglect.
