One day, I accidentally scraped a car in the parking lot. My boss came sprinting out of the building, yelling, “Who hit my car?!” Feeling embarrassed, I admitted it was me and promised to pay for the repairs.
Instead of calming down, he launched into a long lecture about responsibility. Just then, a coworker walked by and said, “Boss, isn’t this the company car you scratched last week?”
My boss turned bright red, muttered something under his breath, and stormed back inside — finally getting a taste of his own medicine.
