10 Subtle Signals Our Body Sends When Something Is Wrong

Monitoring your health is important. Sometimes the body gives early warning signs that something is off. Pay attention and seek medical advice if you notice any of the following:
-
Crawling, creeping sensation in legs – Could indicate restless leg syndrome, a condition that often causes discomfort at night.
-
Muscle twitches – Involuntary twitches or spasms in areas like thighs, calves, hands, arms, belly, ribcage, or feet. Can be triggered by stress, fatigue, or other factors.
-
White pupil (Leukocoria) – When the pupil appears white instead of black. More common in children but can also occur in adults. Requires prompt evaluation by an eye doctor.
-
White fingers – Often linked to Raynaud’s disease, where small arteries narrow, reducing blood flow, causing fingers or toes to feel cold and numb, usually triggered by cold or stress.
-
Puffy face – Swelling in the face can result from injury, infection, or allergies. If it occurs frequently or without injury, it could signal a more serious health problem affecting the face, neck, or throat.
