At a retirement community in United States, a group of senior friends were sitting around after bingo night, bragging about how “young” they still felt.
Earl, age 82, puffed out his chest and said,
“Boys, last night me and my wife had the wildest romantic evening we’ve had in 20 years!”
The whole table went silent.
“Seriously?” asked Frank. “What happened?”
Earl grinned proudly.
“Well… first we turned OFF the TV…”
The men nodded respectfully.
“Then,” Earl continued dramatically, “we each took TWO antacid tablets instead of one.”
The table gasped.
“And after that…” Earl whispered, leaning closer,
“…we stayed awake all the way until 9:45 PM.”
The old men erupted in applause.
Just then, 87-year-old Martha walked by and overheard them.
She rolled her eyes and said,
“Amateurs. Last night my Harold and I got so wild…”
The men leaned in.
Martha smirked and said,
“We forgot why we walked into the bedroom… twice.”
The entire room lost it.
Meanwhile Harold, sitting quietly in the corner, looked confused and asked:
“Wait… are we still married?”
